Emmanuel Guyot

Emmanuel Guyot is the director of the monetization strategy of Tf1. He was also the director of revenue management at Tf1. He was graduated from ESSEC Business School after having obtained an engineering diploma from Ecole internationale des Sciences du Traitement de l'Information in 1992.

Matthieu Bonneau

Head of Revenue Management for HOP! Matthieu is married and has 3 children. He is passionate about diving and traveling. Matthieu  graduated from the "Audencia" School of Business, Nantes in 1999, after a Master's degree in Fundamental Physics from Manchester University. After having worked at France Telecom (now Orange) in management control, he joined the sales management of Régional Airlines as AMO (project manager "tools" for commercial) in 2000. He was part of the setup of the Revenue Management and Pricing Department from 2001 to 2003 when Air France acquired and merged with Regional Airlines, Proteus and Flandre Air. Matthieu was Head of RM-Pricing Regional until 2012, when he went on to participate in the business model construction HOP! He was in charge of HOP! Commercial flights launch project in January 2013 as well as setting up a structure to regroup the Revenue Management activities resulting from the merger of Regional, Britair and Airlinair, which he has been leading since.

Dr. Cindy Heo

Associate professor of revenue management at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland. She is a recipient of numerous research awards including EHL Researcher of the Year Award, Best Paper Award from APAC CHRIE conference and ICOT Young Scientist Award.

Her scholarly research focuses on the core strategic elements of revenue management, pricing and sharing economy. She has delivered custom executive education programs on revenue management in Asia, Middle East, and Europe.

Dr. Haragopal Parsa

He holds a PhD from Virginia Tech, an MS in Food Science, and an MSc in Genetics. He is an associate editor of the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Research and a Fulbright Visiting Scholar (2005).

Dr. Parsa is the Barron Hilton Professor of Lodging Management. His research interests include corporate social responsibility, marketing and pricing strategies, and analysis of restaurant and food trends.

Dr. Zvi Schwartz

Professor in the Department of Hotel, Restaurant and Institutional Management in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware.

His scholarly research and industry consulting focus on the core technical and strategic elements of the revenue management cycle.

Dr. Schwartz is a recipient of numerous research awards including three times ICHRIE’s best published paper of the year, and was awarded over $600,000 in research grants.

Dr. Xuan (Lorna) Wang

Director of MSc International Hotel Management at University of Surrey, UK. She holds a PhD from Oxford Brookes University and her doctoral research investigated revenue management impacts on long-term customer relationship development.

Lorna serves on the editorial boards of a number of leading hospitality and tourism management, revenue management and the service industries journals. She is the recipient of Lord Forte Award and Millennium Scholarship from Institute of Hospitality. Her main research interests include revenue management, services marketing, key account management and brand reputation management.

Dr. Ian Yeoman

Associate Professor of Tourism Futures at Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand) and the European Tourism Futures Institute (Netherlands). His specialist areas of research include scenario planning, futures and pricing.

He is the Editor of the Journal of Revenue and Pricing Management and co-editor of the Journal of Tourism Futures, author / editor of 18 books and numerous academic papers. Forthcoming books include: "The Future Past of Revenue Management" and "Food Tourism in Asia".
